No business can act fast enough to clear the mechanism, let alone plan around thousands of contingencies. <br /><br />Obama is making business entirely about survival in the best of cases, and much of the onslaught of legislation deliberately <i>ensures</i> that certain types of businesses will not survive. <br /><br />Case in point: family owned businesses often have to break up to pay "death taxes." Often the business has to be sold just to pay the death taxes, leaving nothing for the succeeding generation to take over.
