What Next on Nuclear Proliferation?

Iran, the Terror State, says no to Russian deal, preferring to continue on its path to develop its own nuclear capabilities. Iran has just signed a pact with Venezuela, which may include uranium.

Russia states it is reconsidering its position.

Meanwhile, nuclear North Korea lobs a few test missiles in the general direction of Japan. Initial reports were they had misfired toward China. And they are working on a longer range missile to reach Alaska over the next decade.

The UN Security Council has Iran on the agenda for noncompliance with the IAEA.

This may be the only chance to stop a new round of nuclear proliferation.
