Residents are invited to attend an Open House on Thursday, April 20 from 4 to 8 pm at Village Hall to review a redevelopment proposal for the former Ford property at 611 Green Bay Road . The developer, Wilmette Village Center , LLC, is hosting the Open House. The Planned Unit Development (PUD) proposal is currently under review by Village staff.

The proposal calls for approximately 15,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, 61 condominium units (including 4 units deemed affordable by the developer), on four floors and an underground parking garage. The proposal will be discussed by the Village’s Plan Commission at a public meeting tentatively scheduled to be held in May or June.
