First we have to worry about his being sprung at some point, or being handed over to the French, now convicted terrorist Moussaoui is asking for a new trial! Story here.
UPDATE: New trial denied, no surprises there. Moussaoui claims his solitary confinement during the trial "made me hostile to everyone". So it's all our fault I guess. He has learned a lot here.
