The definitive word from The Anchoress (on Hugo Chavez at the UN):

Guess it was too much even for Charlie Rangel:

It should be clear to all heads of government that criticism of Bush Administration policies, either domestic or foreign, does not entitle them to attack the President personally.

Nah...that is reserved to Charlie, personally. And Nancy, and John....Kerry, that is.
