Froma Harrop, RCP, says Hillary can't take women's votes for granted:
Women do tend to vote for female contenders, but that doesn't necessarily translate into a gender preference, explains Jennifer Lawless, a political scientist at Brown University who studies women candidates. What happens, she says, is that women are more likely to vote for Democrats, and women candidates are more likely to be Democrats.
Lawless also points out they tend to like the more liberal candidate. And if they're liberals, they'll vote based on their feelings, and Obama wins the touchy-feely contest hands down. The feminazi NOW endorsement may also hurt her among moderate women in the general election:
Hillary should also remember that the women behind feminist ideas had disastrous personal lives; few of today's young women want to end up with personal lives like Hillary's or any of the other feminist leaders.
Someone's already reminded her...and us.... So in this case, the "X factor" might be the ex factor. I think Fred Barnes asked the question on FoxNews last night that we're all wondering about---if Hillary wins, will Bill live in the White House?
The middle of America. As for me, moderate in everything but politics. As Tom Roeser said, she went to Harvard and turned right. I come from The Chicago School, not the Chicago Way. Tweet street @backyardconserv
