McCain's Double Standard

Ramesh Ponnuru, NRO on McCain's demand that Gov. Romney apologize to the troops (after McCain lied about Romney's position):

After all, there were people, mostly Democrats, who actually were calling for (and are still calling for) a timetable for withdrawal. I don't believe McCain has demanded that they apologize to the troops

McCain's double standard--blame Republicans first.
