Strong Armed Robbery

(Email Silent Partner Alert from Wilmette Police.) On Thursday January 3, 2008 at approximately 8:15 p.m., a resident in the 1400 block of Maple Street reported the robbery of her purse. The victim was approached by an unknown male as she exited her garage after coming home. The offender immediately grabbed the victim’s purse, knocking the victim to the ground during the struggle.

Offender: Male African -American

25 – 35 years of age

6’0”; heavy build

Tan, short canvas jacket

Dark colored cargo pants
