Obama Master Plan in Action

The Obama Master Plan in Action!!! Hope turned into reality already!!! And evidence of significant Republican support!! Is this the dawn of the new Barackracy, even before he is elected? Why even have an election--let's just have an anointing! Tears of joy, no doubt from Barack. The Politico:
Sen. Wayne Allard, a Republican from Colorado, has crafted a massive budget amendment that claims to fund every policy proposed by Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) on the presidential campaign trail. Allard's amendment _ doomed to fail by a significant margin _ includes $1.4 trillion in spending over five years by proposing Obama's universal health care program ($65 billion a year), expanding the Army ($6.6 billion a year) and eliminating income taxes on lower income seniors ($10 billion a year).
And The Crypt asks if Obama will vote for his own policy prescriptions.[UPDATE: Obama indeed votes against funding his own platform:)]

UPDATE: Latest polling, McCain GOP have cause for hope of their own. WSJ:
A couple findings in the new poll capture how conflicted Americans are. By a 13-point margin, 50% to 37%, registered voters say they would prefer a Democrat to be elected president. When asked to choose specifically between Arizona Sen. McCain and either Democrat, the results in each case are a statistical tie. (Poll results5)
The Pew poll also bears this out. The Politico:
Democrats’ resolute support for the withdrawal of U.S. combat forces may soon position them at odds with independent voters, in particular, a constituency they need to retake the White House.

Half of self-identified independents polled now believe the United States should “keep troops in Iraq until the situation has stabilized,” according to polling data assembled by Pew at Politico’s request.
