In Traffic, on LSD
I was stopped at a light when I took this on Lake Shore Drive. Some of the best views in the city, though, are to be had driving along there. This is not one of them, but hey, I was driving the car. So here's some news, the U.S. Secretary of Transportation Mary Peters has a new blog, and visited the Windy City the other day:
