Terrorism Search in McHenry

Tribune:

A spokesman says the FBI-led joint terrorism task force is searching a home in suburban McHenry County.

FBI spokesman Ross Rice says agents with a warrant are searching a home in the suburb of Lake in the Hills as part of an ongoing investigation.

He says he doesn't know specifics about the investigation but that it could take a while to complete.

The (Crystal Lake) Northwest Herald reported a bomb squad unit was on the scene Monday. The newspaper said the street around the home was blocked off, a tent was set up and an ambulance and fire vehicles were present.
