Overrated in your own mind

What kind of a dad makes his kids talk to reporters on the 4th of July? And it's not even for some family show, it's for Access Hollywood. Then we find out it's his daughter Malia's birthday.

Even the Clintons weren't this crass.

Obama says now he won't let it happen again, tho it may have had more to do with Michelle's cracks and Sasha's letting slip that he doesn't like ice cream.

And he's got another fifth column on his own website.

Barack thinks your kids ought to learn Spanish, but kowtows to elite European opinion. Kind of arrogant and patronizing to all it seems to me. As you say, Barack, overrated in your own mind.

Apparently we haven't been listening to him enough--it's our fault we're "confused". What sense does this make?:
The Obama advertisement, his first negative one of the general campaign, calls Mr. McCain “part of the problem” of high gasoline prices. It likens the energy policies of Mr. McCain to those of President Bush, noting that both support easing restrictions on offshore oil drilling and linking the two to support for tax breaks for oil companies.
Umm, Barack, those measures would increase supply which should lower prices over time. Geraghty with more. More confusion on his familial promotion from the great one (Obama family values--exploit your own kids for political gain.): HT Michelle Malkin

It remains a close race.
