Plus Stephen Hayes, TWS makes the case for McCain to agree to drill there, in addition to his stated position to drill on the outercontinental shelf. Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is in favor, as are the Native Americans closest to the drill site. Consider this as well--ANWR is an area smaller than the LA airport. More than half the country supports drilling there.
