Earmarks Increase Spending
Lousy weather today so instead of breaking for a walk I'm still blogging mad. So what about all those earmarks in the budget? Is it just rearranging the deck chairs on total spending? Well, aside from the invitation to corruption they present, Heritage with some evidence that earmarks increase spending:
