Putin Disguised as Tourist

A photo has emerged of Bad Vlad Putin back in his salad days in the KGB, disguised as a tourist during a visit to Moscow by President Reagan. Nice shirt. Lovely hair.

But some of President Reagan's philosophy may have rubbed off on him, as he recently warned the U.S. at Davos not to overdo on the big government solutions. And today he reportedly had this to say:

Putin warned state financial agencies not to treat Russia’s economic crisis as an opportunity for “terrorizing” business, singling out the tax and customs agencies.

He also warned against printing money to cover a deficit. Of course he is still a thug.
