Look, this is not a surprise, considering the fundamental dishonesty of Barack Obama and Rahm Emanuel, to name two on the Chicago come to Washington team. And then there's Illinois Senator Dick Durbin, Democrat "leader".
Perhaps the only thing that can be said for Duncan is that he is a very bad liar.
