George Will, who originally hails from Illinois, highlights the latest lawlessness--a decision by the Illinois Supreme Court which essentially allows the government to rob one private sector Peter to reward another private sector Paul. Why? A variation of pay-to-play.
Let's hope this goes to the U.S. Supreme Court--and while they're at it, they can overturn Kelo.
