Durbin Invites Terrorists to Illinois

Did you hear this on Don and Roma this morning? Our feckless Sen. Dick Durbin, Democrat of Illinois, apparently said why not let the Gitmo terrorists come to Illinois as no one has ever escaped from Marion. (How about just letting them go in Peoria?)

Sen. Durbin--sleeper cell is not your spot on the Senate floor, and al Qaeda is not your garden variety gang member--tho they might convert a few.

We know you want to help out your friend our President Barack Obama, but are you nuts?!

Most, if not all, of the Uighur detainees were trained at a camp in Tora Bora, Afghanistan, prior to the September 11 attacks. According to documents released by the Department of Defense, several of the Uighurs admitted that a terrorist named Abdul Haq ran the Tora Bora camp. Both the United States and the United Nations designated Abdul Haq an al Qaeda-affiliated terrorist last month.
