“We have a major health emergency here in Atlantic City if we have this many sick and confined residents [voting absentee]” said Wilbur Banks, Langford’s campaign manager.
As of Thursday, the Atlantic County Clerk’s Office had officially examined 132 ballot applications and rejected 50. All 132 ballots came from former city employee Floyd Tally, a loyal friend of imprisoned City Council President Craig Callaway and… his brother David Callaway, the city’s former Public Works director.
