Great Lakes Czar?

Another special portfolio for the Obama White House, to clean up the Great Lakes.

While you're at it, how about cleaning up Chicago and Illinois? Quote from the latest Czar:

"I'm excited, and this is a real testament to the passion and work that so many citizens are doing to put the Great Lakes on the map,".

On the map. Wow! I think our President Barack Obama needs to make another speech. I'll even write it for him.

Maybe he could apologize to America for the wasteland of corruption in this state.
