P.S. Trib editorial on the bureaucrat chart and a good editorial on why care costs so much--though they neglect to mention tests run for defensive medicine--a casualty of out of control lawsuits, a sore point in Illinois. That's why we have doctors leaving the state for Wisconsin, for example, and already have shortages of specialists.
