Did Desiree Do Her Job?

The Rashid Khalidi connection? Slip them in unofficially? GatecrasherGate? FOBarack White House Social Director Desiree Rogers is in the hot seat, asked to testify at a Thursday House hearing. Reportedly, when the Obama administration swept into the White House Ms. Rogers dispensed with the services of a staffer whose job included standing at the gate to vet invitees. Will she be a no-show?

Dumping this all on the Secret Service is pretty shabby. Given the administration's track record of cavalier treatment of those in uniform this is nothing new.

It's one big pajama party with this crowd--Thursday is the Chicago Christmas party at the White House. Guess Rezko won't be on the list, as he's in jail, and ex-felon Robert Creamer, with his wife Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL-9th) already rubbed elbows with the Gatecrashers at the State dinner. Maybe they should employ Rahmbo as a bouncer--he recognizes the Chicago people. He'll give Bill Ayers the bums' rush--or maybe usher him in unofficially.
