Senate Judiciary Committee Approves Radical Judge

...a judge twice rejected by Wisconsin voters:
"When Louis Butler lost his race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court in 2008, he was the first incumbent justice to be defeated since 1967,"the pro-life group Family Research Council informed LifeNews.com. "He had previously lost to then-Justice Diane S. Sykes in a race for the Court in 2000 – Butler earned 34 percent of the vote and lost in all 72 counties, including Milwaukee and Dane (Madison) counties."
A judge too liberal for Madison, but not for Dems on the committee. Yet they have chosen him to make law affecting Wisconsinites, treating voters with contempt.

Wisconsin went blue last time but it may not the next. Voters gave Obama their support and this is their answer.

P.S. Dem Senator Russ Feingold, who cast a vote for Butler, is up for reelection. He has an opponent.
