Blago Gets the Mobster Treatment?

I guess Blago still has a few lawyers left. (Defended a hitman, but won't defend Blago) This today, CBS2Chicago:
Colorful defense attorney Sam Adam Jr. -- representing the governor -- says the feds aren't turning over key evidence to the defense fast enough. He has also complained that Blagojevich is being treated like a mobster, and has compared the proceedings to "a replay of the Family Secrets (organized crime) trial," the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
Does it compare?:

Ackerman, who made a name for himself defending reputed mob hit man Harry Aleman, among other mob-types, came on board the Blago team in August to help with discovery documents and to sort through hundreds of hours of secretly taped conversations recorded by the feds.
What do you think--RICO, RICO, RICO. The trial is still scheduled for June. Leading right up to the fall elections. Among the documents Blago's people want:
Among the items the lawyers requested were notes agents made during any interviews of President Barack Obama, with the defense signaling it was making a decision about potentially calling him as a witness in the case.

"A government confident enough in its own rectitude to try purported terrorist Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a United States District Court in New York should likewise be secure enough to provide the accused former governor of Illinois with the requested statements of the President of the United States," the motion filed Wednesday reads. "What next, a government motion to limit the tapes to only those the government wants played at trial?"

It will be some kind of show trial anyway.
