2. Bad Poll Numbers for Obama Used To Be NewsCBS News' latest poll has Obama's approval at 46 percent, disapproval at 41 percent. The CBS/New York Times poll had been one of the polls helping keep up Obama's approval rating; their December 8 one had a 50-39 split when others had the disapproval in the mid-to-high 40s.
