Now that's a straw man if I've ever heard one.
Just like this one: "The Gates Foundation is donating $10 billion for vaccines for children... I guess the New Trier referendum isn't going far enough."
Both are arguments built comparing completely unrelated items. And totally irrelevant.
Fact is that the US has donated over $528 million to Haiti... but that STILL has nothing to do with the New Trier plan. If you go along with the author, we should never improve our roads, hospitals, schools, etc...
Only at New Trier. I guess we should be content with a New Trier that's falling apart. We should be content with a New Trier where disabled students can't access educational opportunties in 30% of the school. We should be content with a New Trier that can't react to the demands of a global education.
Ha... Ha... Ha... indeed.
