Primary Day Illinois

The word from Woodstock Willie (!) no shadow. Light snow in Chicago.

Prediction is less than 30% turnout. Those who do will make their votes count.

We have only had 34 voters as of10:30 this morning here at the 38th precinct in Wheeling Township. Very low due to the roads being crappy.

A good thing is this: which group of people across America and in Illinois are the most motivated to come out and affect real change?

Millions of T.E.A. party participants is who.

Hopefully they pick good ones at the ballot in IL this week... She needs it... have a good day...

Thanks both of you.

I just know New Trier turnout seems to be heavier than usual for a non-presidential primary because we have a local tax referendum on the ballot.

Do you think the Tea Party folks came out in force?

Yes. I just don't know if it's enough. There is more than one conservative in the governor's race so people are split.
