Awk. I don't know. Latest is his lawyers are trying to move his trial to the fall.
It's scheduled for June now but the Supreme Court is ruling on the legality of a charge that people expect "honest services" from their elected leaders in June as well. (What a concept, honest services.)
Blago was earlier charged under that, then recharged on other stuff in case of the Supremes tossing this concept out, so the lawyers claim they need more time.
Um, obviously there is a lot of evidence to go through. Tapes. And he had a full calendar.
As you anticipate, it should be interesting.
