Just curious. Have you heard of any effort by Illinois Tea Party or anyone in Illinois interested in organizing another protest against healthcare being forced down our throats or did we just give up or something?
There's one on tax day.
But in the interim everyone is calling their congressman and Senator.
Calling isn't going to stop health care and tax day will be too late. C'mon; it is about timing. We are putting up less of a fight now, when health care reform is about to be forced through by reconciliation, then we did during the infancy of the fight. We need to go to the fence sitters in Illinois Congress like Bean and Foster and get a big group to show up in person. I can only do so much, I have a full time job. Those here locally who have experience getting the word out should step up to the plate, just one more time; and soon.
Sure Anne, just pivot to blogging about Illinois politics while the complete transformation of health care knocks on the door. That'll solve everything. It's time for the conservative media and politicians to put up or shut up.
