Jerry Costello, the congressman known for putting his family on the taxpayer's payroll. His Republican opponent in the 12th Congressional District is Teri Davis Newman:

I will have the bill to Repeal OBAMA-CARE in my hand when they swear me in to the House of Representatives on January 3, 2011. I will go from the ceremony to the hopper to drop it in and I will not rest until the House votes to repeal it. It will be my signature issue.
