Kirk's Small Business Bill of Rights

(Video.) Illinois Republican candidate for Senate, Rep. Mark Kirk, presents a positive agenda to create jobs, most Americans' number one priority in this recession--a small business bill of rights.
More than 258,000 small business employers in Illinois account for 98.4 percent of all businesses, and nearly 50 percent of private sector jobs

Small business: We cannot afford lobbyists or lawyers for help with government handouts or new taxes.

Kirk: “Small business employers will hire more Americans if Congress does not raise taxes or add new government red tape.”
With Illinois unemployment in double digits, this is the right policy at the right time.
