Um, didn't I just read this headline the other day? Basketball courts closed after shootings
When I was a liberal I used to think poverty caused crime. Now I think crime causes poverty.
And what causes crime? Well. Did we have horrible crime in the Depression? No. So I would say familial breakdown.
P.S. I suggest this--privatize the parks. Maybe Wal-Mart should run them.
