A sad, sad day for Illinois. Navistar started with the invention of the McCormick reaper, evolved into International Harvester with its signature red equipment, and the company continues to innovate today.
We are left with the crushingly irresponsible spectacle in Springfield. And a governor who puts his own job ahead of the economic health of Illinois.
P.S. It was probably the last straw.
