Making Freezer Jam

I don't know. Does it look appetizing? Trust me though, it tastes wonderful.

Now have to mix up the sugar water for the hummingbirds. They have their nectar and I have my jam.

...Here's a recipe. Though I did a variation. 4 cups mashed strawberries, set aside. Mix 3 cups sugar and the surejel pectin in a pot. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it boil for a minute, take it off the heat, then add the strawberries and stir together for a minute. Pour into the cute little jam jars to cool overnight. (My mother in law says upside down) The next day pop em into the freezer right side up.
