Illinois Elections Officials Caught Lying About Military Ballots

Big Government.

This is a National disgrace. The Illinois State Board of Elections has been lying about the status of military absentee ballots and a lazy Department of Justice has allowed itself to be duped.

In an e-mail exchange between the Illinois State Board of Elections and the Department of Justice’s Voting Section shows the State has been misleading DOJ for almost a month.

I am so, so, so angry.

But I am not surprised.

They tried to deny this woman a place on the ballot.

This state is essentially a criminal enterprise.

Our troops are fighting and dying overseas for our freedom and they are being deliberately disenfranchised by these lying, cheating "public servants".

And this kind of thing has been going on under Democrat rule in this state for generations.

Everyone is pretty sure everyone is cheating on his taxes, or bribing politicians, or taking bribes, or lying about the value of his real estate. And this total absence of faith in one another is self-reinforcing. The epidemic of lying and cheating and stealing makes any sort of civic life impossible."

Thus can great nations, great cultures, disintegrate, break into little pieces that no longer cohere into a whole.

This immoral Dem state.

This bankrupt Dem culture.

Denying a voice to those putting their lives on the line to defend ours.

Despicable beyond belief.

Same story in New York State, where 9 counties didn't send out ballots to people in uniform by October 1, thereby missing a deadline "exension" obtained via a "special waiver."

Calling the Justice Department "lazy" in this case is extremely generous, in my view. The Obama/Holder Justice Department doesn't want conservative votes. They couldn't make that any more plain.

Yes. You are right. There's no excuse.

They've known about this for months--and I understand FedEX and others offered to get the ballots out but they won't do it because of the unions.
