Actually it's not a joke. I feel like this person (reply 9): I recently changed a kitchen stove. It worked so poorly I called in a repair service and was informed this was the way it was designed to save energy. It does not seem to matter that it does not work!New York Post on the new regs in store for us. It'll work worse, and cost more.
