French Fink Out Again

Whoever that editor was that France Soir just fired, the statue of liberty is still here for you.

Non PC cartoons are the issue, to illustrate free speech, apparently it started as an intellectual exercise.

The rubber has hit the road, the.......... use your imagination.

Europe seems to come to common sense through the silliest spats. (Except for the French, who never learn.)

Meanwhile, in stalwart little Denmark:

The offices of Jyllands-Posten had to be evacuated on Tuesday because of a bomb threat.

The paper had apologised a day earlier for causing offence to Muslims, although it maintained it was legal under Danish law to print them.

Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen welcomed the paper's apology, but
defended the freedom of the press.

Buy Danish!
