Waste, Fraud and Abuse on Notice

Earmark reform legislation has passed and is headed for President Bush's signature. Instapundit:

The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act will:

Eliminate Wasteful Spending by empowering everyone with access to the internet to begin reviewing federal grants and other forms of taxpayer assistance for waste, fraud, and abuse.

It exists and can be documented, as some of the biggest offenders are politicians, not their constituents. Not in our name!
