It's a hat trick, trick being the operative word for voters. All trick no treat. The Sun Times, after endorsing Blagojevich and Stroger (background here) now endorses Giannoulious. Are they going to take him at his word too?
Giannoulious, of the alleged mob ties, is being endorsed for his "creative" financial ideas. And the Sun Times thinks he'll be a great role model for our youth on the "value of public service".
Any time someone says creative in reference to government finances, watch your wallet. As for being a role model, all I can say is that is really a sad commentary on Chicago and Illinois.
