Alderman Schulter has backed down on the threatened eminent domain takeover of Lincoln Square. Apparently it will be voluntary. Details at The Bench and huge kudos to Tom Mannis and the Save Lincoln Square folks, along with the Castle Coalition and the Sam Adams Alliance!
The rally is still on at City Hall to impress upon the powers that be how the rest of us feel about this kind of thievery.
