Iowa City or Bust, for Mitt!

I arrived in Iowa City at dusk, after driving through blowing and drifting for a few hours. The sun came out at Dixon, President Reagan's birthplace. I took that as a good sign.

This photo was on the way to Romney HQ here at a supporter's home. Made some phone calls and some new friends. There were moms with kids, high school students on break, a doctor came in after work. As I arrived, people were coming in from walking precincts (it was in the teens). A committed bunch.

Tomorrow I will be outside for a bit and do more phone calls. So far the big issues from my brief calls seem to be values and immigration. Not surprising there.
