God Damn America

Finally hitting the MSM in a major way, Obama's unusual minister who punctuates his speeches with God Damn America is, quite simply, a nut. Let's look at what he has to say--WSJ:

In a sermon delivered at Howard University, Barack Obama's longtime minister, friend and adviser blamed America for starting the AIDS virus, training professional killers, importing drugs and creating a racist society that would never elect a black candidate president.

A conspiracy theorist who spouts hate and is a great friend to Louis Farrakhan. But Barack describes him as his sounding board, and he still has an official position in the campaign.

Barack Obama owes us some more answers. Is he really thinking, as he ends his speeches--"we will change this country, and change the world"--God Damn America? It's not until he lost in Texas, after Michelle's remarks, and the red phone ad, that he ended with God Bless America.

Can we trust Barack Obama to defend a country he is so ambivalent about?
