How can we forget our billions and billions in unfunded pension liabilities which these clowns keep punting on, and then there's the hold-up on capital expenditures as the Dems in Springfield can't agree on a plan--which will negatively impact the transportation dollars coming from the Feds.
On top of that budget deficit, the state has a backlog of bills totaling $4 billion.
