Outgoing Senate President Emil Jones (D-Chicago) was less certain the bill would be addressed before he leaves office Wednesday.***

So this may be our best chance to rid ourselves of the name most associated with Al Capone, the weather, machine politics and ground-ball-butcher to the world, as well as a second-city status that is holding us back personally, commercially and professionally. I say we turn to eBay and auction off naming rights to the entire metropolitan area.
