Still Stonewalling on ClimateGate

Obama science officials defend warming research

Ah yes, the Obamapologist AP calls it "Republican attacks". It sounds like they haven't read the emails for themselves--surely they are not relying on mere hearsay:
Climate change skeptics contend the messages reveal that researchers manipulated and suppressed data and stifled dissent.
(Surely they are not solely relying on the Obama science officials):
One e-mail from 2003 was by John Holdren, then of Harvard University and now the president's science adviser.
Others have chosen to ask an obvious question--where is our President Barack Obama's vaunted respect for science, not ideology, hmm, mmm, mmm?...But not AP:

The science is proper and this is about a small fraction of research on the issue, said Holdren, a physicist who has studied climate change.

"The e-mails do nothing to undermine the very strong scientific consensus ... that tells us the earth is warming, that warming is largely a result of human activity," said another government scientist Jane Lubchenco. A marine biologist and climate researcher, she heads the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

But what about HIDE THE DECLINE? From the very scientists charged with manipulating, uh developing the IPCC consensus?

Mr. President, tear down this stonewall!

P.S. Will the rise of the oceans slow in sympathy and our planet begin to heal its divisions?!!!!!

More. It's a journalism scandal too. Mark Steyn. Lord Jones is indisposed. (Come on Chicago Tribune)
