Terrorists as Tourists?

Brilliant Economic Development: Sun-Times Wants a Bigger Prison Industry in Illinois. John Powers, Chicago Daily Observer

Illinois, Vacation Destination. (I can just see it in the Galena ads)

P.S. Land of Lincoln morphs under the Dems to Land of Collateral Damage.

More. ABC News: Terrorists Beat the System in Federal Prisons

More. Jack Higgins cartoon. Chicago Sun Times. Thomson, Illinois--just a hop, skip and a jump away from convenient Chicago O'Hare airport!!!

More. In response to the Trib editorial. As much a concern as inside the prison (and those being given early release--see ACLU and their ilk)...is outside. Terrorists go after soft targets, you know, like schools, cafes, open air markets. That's why they're called...wait for it...terrorists. And why so many civilians get hurt because terrorists target civilians and hide behind them. Some countries understand this. Perhaps that's why they don't want to accept their own countrymen terrorists back to serve time there.

So why would we deliberately introduce these high-risk brutal people into our country? When we have a perfectly good prison on an island off our shores.
