Only in a banana republic do you see the kind of rhetoric-in-government that we see in Washington these day. Public sentiment is whipped-up by using emotional half-truths while dissent is colored as disloyalty or worse. One branch of government — the Executive — pretends there is no separation of powers and publicly scolds another — the Judiciary — as if they should be reporting to him. We are becoming a second world country.
