You'd have to have been living on another planet not to have seen BP's Beyond Petroleum eco-ads over the last few years, the marketing campaign run by Rahm Emanuel's sometime landlord and spouse of Dem Rep. Rosa DeLauro, Stan Greenberg.
Perhaps if BP had spent more time and money on basic engineering and less time on PC PR the people and marine flora and fauna of the Gulf would not now be paying the price.
And if the Obama White House spent more time solving the problem rather than political grandstanding the country would be better off.
