You could have heard a pin drop

On the off chance you were glued to MSNBC or CNN for your non-news of the day and didn't see this, here's the former Obama 2008 co-chair and Dem congressman from Alabama, Artur Davis--at the Republican convention last night:

Then it was Ann Romney. The lady from Michigan won hearts and minds, looking straight into the camera, talking straight to America, with warmth and conviction.

The highlights. That's the line I liked best "Do we send our children out in the world with the advice, try to do okay?".

Tonight we put the pedal to the metal. It's Ryan time.
