In Our Hands

This is Charles Murray's latest book, "In Our Hands", which I discussed in an earlier post, The Pursuit of Happiness. It sounds radical, but many of the policy ideas from his last book became part of welfare reform. Jonathan Last, Weekly Standard offers another review.
